I have a ten years old daughter with celiac disease. I am so proud for how strong she is. She was diagnosed when she was six years old. Going to parties, to a friend's house to play, to any type of trip or vacation needs a lot of work. Appart from gluten lactose is not an option as well for her. Also because she has been through all this she cant eat so many fruit and vegetables. I try make best to cook as good as possible for her but she won't be a child forever. Soon she will be a teenager wanting to hang out with friends.....

I was misdiagnosed with celiac disease in the end of 2021. I cried out of happiness in may 2023 when the doctor said, forget about celiac disease. You don't have it. Now in june 2024 I still haven't got any diagnose and I am taking Doxycycline to treat tropical sprue which is what I suspected early on. Noone listened to my travel history. The antibiotics is just taken as a last resort and the diagnosis is not sure. If I dont have tropical sprue, I dont know what to do anymore. All I want i a diagnosis. As strange as it may sound, I rather have celiac than not knowing what I have with all that follows with that, like not knowing how to cure my villous atrophy.

It’s hard to imagine as an Italian, to give up pizza, pasta and bread. 🥖 But good thing, you were able to catch this auto immune disease early. Some patients are misdiagnosed and took them years before they got a confirmatory result.

It's B complex deficiency!!!! I had CD. I had literally every B complex deficiency in the book and in severe form (with the sole exception of the butterfly rash, absent almost certainly because my photophobia was so bad I never went outside during the day)' ataxia was one of the worst. I could not walk across flat unbroken pavement without continually tripping over my own feet! I started taking B complex. 100mg/day did nothing. My urine was still clear like water. I upped the dose 100 MG/day until my urine turned yellow again, held it at that dose for a few days, reduced it 100mg/day and it stayed yellow kept it there, if it turned clear went back up and so on. Within two weeks all about B complex deficiencies started to improve rapidly and by the end of the third week when my urine finally turned yellow at 2000 MG/day all deficiency symptoms had totally disappeared. In fact all the areas that had been problems were now working far better than ever before. I was not only back to normal function but considerably better. Celiac ataxia is due to being vitamin deficiency which can be corrected in very short order by vitamin supplementation without having to wait for the intestinal lining to recover! I had been 20% below normal lien healthy weight but had only recovered a small part of that before my vitamin deficiencies were gone. In addition I strongly suspect that the vitamin supplementation (I also supplemented all of the vitamins for which I had deficiency symptoms) enabled everything including the lining of my intestine to recover much more quickly than normal. (Total elimination of all processed foods probably had a great deal to do with that because it is the only way that you can reliably exclude all gluten) Doctors should stop listening to all of the garbage spewed by pharmaceutical representatives and start thinking VITAMINS! It's not "the most expensive urine in the world", it dear God is one of the most effective therapies in the world!

What is interesting is that all my skin problems and weight problems lear up when I'm off dairy as well as gluten. I don't have celiac genes. We will someday have a good test- No one should ever have to take poison to get a proper test. I can't imagine I lived for years in so much pain. Thank God for Gluten Free RN and Peter Osborne. I highly suspect Essential Tremor and Parkinsons are gluten and dairy related. Look how many people Dr Terry Wahls has helped who have MS.

If I may offer a suggestion that this video certainly does not, lol.. 1.) Try cutting out dairy too. Vegan cheeses and milk can be good. Oh especially cow’s milk! Leave that alone, even organic. If you don’t have an allergy, nut milks are better (but not really oat milk bcus that can irritate some CeD issues). 2.) In addition, fasting and juicing greens, citrus and tarts (cherries, strawberries, Acai, blue/blackberries) 3.) You MAY have issues due to diet or the CeD attacking other parts of your body. This can cause connected issues such as: Candida/Yeast Slowed Gut Bile H. Pylori bacteria in the stomach Liver necrosis Lymphadenitis Lack of K2, Selenium, D3, Iron and Zinc Lack of Micronutrients: Magnesium, Calcium and Potassium Try cutting out dairy, doing a juice fast and replenishing these vitamins for at least 2 weeks and see how you fare. Best Wishes to All. ❤

In my Opinion, whats working for me, It has to literally be White Rice(Instant) Sourkraut, and Wisconsin Provolone Cheese...for 3 to 6 Months. Absolutely no Gluten, or Gluten free products. No Veggies, No Tomatoes, No Potatoes, No Chips, candy Bars, Juice, Soda, no sweets, as the Instestinal Villi needs to regrow, and become un-inflamed as it as become Atrophic and Flattened.

Take a plan of action re. Improving your gut. I view it as an opportunity to make and taste new foods. Eat whole foods and not processed a nd packaged stuff. Research high anti oxidant foods which will help improve the condition. It may require more than avoiding gluten. Start with adding b vitamin supplements to raise the mood. While it isn't easy, it is way easier now than it was 18 years ago when it was seen as rare. People here have really bad attitudes. Your health can turn around, but it would require researching your particular issues and seeing a naturopathic doctor.

Maybe I don't have it so badly but I just exclude gravy, soy sauce pasta breads and cakes etc that have gluten. I don't worry about minor contamination. I have cheese cake and just don't eat the base. Popped a Nexium last night and gobbled some pizza. I don't do that often to be fair. The diet calmed my dietary system and I am slowly losing a bit of weight thankfully. I take a few vitamins, avoid gluten and when I indulge I protect myself with the antiacid. Am I missing something?

This video needs to call out the FDA who still think it’s acceptable to not label gluten in food AND PRESCRIPTION MEDICINES. And for not requiring any testing or proof for companies using the “gluten free” label, still allowing small amounts of gluten to be present anyway, not requiring labeling cross-contamination, and failing to act and recall when companies are caught blatantly lying with this label. Yes, it is hard being celiac. But the US FDA makes it thousands of times harder than it should be.

I tried introducing purity oats here in Canada 7 months ago . Around that time I triggered my DH and have been flaring since. I can’t say for sure that it was the Oats but this is only the 2nd major DH I have had in 8 years since my Celiac diagnosis. I assume that minor contaminations which of course happens routinely is not enough to cause this severe of a flare. I either ate something with a good amount of gluten or my body reacted to the Oats. Perhaps a study on Oats with people who have DH would help to shed some light. The good thing about DH is that it can’t be confused for something else. It’s very conclusive and easy to biopsy.

Honestly, I'm beginning to think even if you do not have the sensitivity or disease it could still be slowly doing damage to your body, no matter who you are. Our wheat and grains are loaded with chemicals and not to mention it's been modified. We can't digest it properly.. not to mention what it's doing to people's health.

To those wondering how it feels like. It doesn't hurt, it just makes me wanna rip my gut out and die, than to bear with it for another day. If it takes to abstain from corn, so be it. Oats, fuck oats, even though I love the taste of it. Buckwheat, millet, quinoa, anything that I grew up on eating isn't worth it. There is no delicacy in the world, worth making me feel like a piece of shit for a few days or weeks.

This is my first time i hear about a made up disease name, What do i mean by that and i hope you'll understand where i'm coming from. In this world all our foods purchased from supermarkets are tainted 100% with some kind of chemical, So doctors make up names for the retail products that are abused and causing diseases, This way if people see or hear about their symptom they won't feel wierd and go after the companies that cause their symptoms, This is something i discovered when i came to America "Capitalism", Money doesn't know me and you and do no care. So by saying this it's a chain reaction, The companies create chemicals that are legally can be used as long as you use a tad bit under the dangerous level, The effects of those chemicals will affect you on the long run and no one will suspect anything and the world works together to make a disease, creare a temporarily cure and we the consumer suffer the consequences financiallywhile they keep their companies going by the bare minimum law and stay in business. I'm explaining cause all i'm hearing people are describing anxiety, So companies create this name to make you think you are sick and it's not gonna be cured unless you go by eating some other products they make under different business entities and god only knows if you will survive. It's a corrupt world and i'd love to tell everybody there's a natural cure called DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SUPERMARKETS, Go straight to your local farmers and buy from them straight, This is the only real natural food that is not tainted and those people earn a real healthy living without sacrificing your health. I hope i made some sense for people to now that there's cure for everything when you stay away from the devil itself a.k.a ruthless corporations. So sorry for all sick people around the world, i just had to say something and i hope it helps a lot of people realize that they are fine but in a better way, take action to enhance your lifestyle.

NO mention of glyphosate toxic weedkiller being the main culprit! but it could b glutin/gliadin excess, as modern wheat even the organic type has a huge amt of gluten compared to ancient grains or grains in europe. in my case it caused lower internal organ prolapse, and after only ONE week gluten free, that issue has started to recede, by 20 - 25% in ONE WEEK!! i ASKED GOD to SHOW ME what this issue was, and how to fix it. He gave me the idea to STOP gluten 100%, so i began making my own bread, and eating rice n potatoes instead.
